Presentation files
The easiest solution is to have your presentation prepared in a .PDF format. Otherwise, a VGA connection will be available if you prefer to connect your laptop.

Our schedule is now available here

The book of abstracts can be accessed here.

Informal workshop
The conference is preceded with an informal workshop on Dec 3.  Its schedule is available here

The conference will take place in rooms C212-C213 in the Faculty of Social Science Building

Invited speakers will be staying in Hotel Olivia. Other participants are welcome to make their own reservations if they wish to stay there. If you contact the hotel telling them you're attending a University of Gdansk CoPSFaM conference, they will give you 15% discount for stay of up to 2 nights and 20% discount for longer stays. Otherwise, there are a few hotels and hostels available nearby.

How to get here and how to get around
Map containing key locations with QR codes.
Large general orientation map.
One of the ways to get to the University (and the hotel) is using public transit (skm, bus, pkm). Use JakDojade phone app to navigate public transit around here. If you choose PKM train to get here from the airport: you need to get off at “Strzyza pkm” station, and then get on to the tram (for 2 stops, or walk for a bit). If you take a bus from the airport: take bus 122, and get off at the stop named “Biblioteka UG”.
If you prefer to take a cab, two phone applications can make it easier from you: Uber and Free Now.

Minor practical points
- Eduroam connection is available in the building, but it's rather weak.
- Small lunches and snacks will be available during the lunch breaks, coffee etc. will be available during the coffee breaks.
- Evenings: Dec 3 we go to Neon in Gdynia, Dec 4 the dinner is at Panorama in Gdansk, Dec 5 we dine at Cały Gaweł. All the restaurants linked to on the map. Everyone pays for themselves, attendance limited by restaurant capacity, please first confirm with our crew whether we were able to accommodate you.
